The Hug Fund is a partnership of employees helping employees, opening their hearts to the needs of HCR ManorCare employees nationwide.
Established in 2005, the Hug Fund is a non-profit, tax-exempt, charitable fund operated by the employees of HCR ManorCare.
The mission of the Hug Fund is to provide financial assistance to eligible HCR ManorCare employees for an unexpected catastrophic event such as a natural or civil disaster or severe economic hardship beyond their control. The Hug Fund is to help employees who are unable to financially meet their urgent need.
The Hug Fund annual campaign takes place in June of each year. However, the Hug Fund welcomes donations at any time.
